1. Who I am
This website, , is operated by Anshul Salve, an independent AI Automation Specialist based in India ("I", "me", "my"). I build AI assistants, WhatsApp automation, voice receptionists and workflow automation, mainly for real estate teams.
This policy explains what personal information I handle, why, and the choices you have. For questions, see Contact.
2. Information I collect
I keep data collection to a minimum. This website has no sign-up, no contact form and no user accounts.

I do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and I ask that you do not send it to me.
3. How I use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To prepare proposals, agree scope and deliver services if we work together.
- To provide support and follow up on work already done.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising profiles.
4. WhatsApp and phone communication
When you contact me through WhatsApp, the conversation is carried by WhatsApp (Meta). Meta processes message data under its own terms and privacy policy, which I do not control. Clicking a WhatsApp button on this site opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

5. Information handled in client projects
When I build WhatsApp assistants, voice receptionists or workflows for a business (my "client"), the client decides what customer data is collected and why. In that situation:
- The client is the data controller for their customers' enquiries, and I act as a service provider handling data only on their instructions.
- Typical data includes names, phone numbers, property preferences, budgets, viewing times and message content.
- Such data may pass through tools the client chooses, for example WhatsApp Business Platform, a calendar, a spreadsheet or CRM, and AI language or voice services.
- If you are a customer of one of my clients and want to see or delete your data, please contact that business first. You may also contact me and I will pass your request on or act on it for the client (see User Data Deletion).
7. How long I keep it
- Enquiry messages that do not lead to a project: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Project and billing records: kept as long as needed for the work and for legal or tax requirements.
- Client assistant logs: kept for the period agreed with the client.

8. Security
I use reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls, reputable platforms and limiting who can see data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information I hold about you and get a copy.
- Ask me to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask me to delete your information.
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on your consent.
- Raise a grievance with me or with the relevant data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, message me on WhatsApp or email me. I will respond within 30 days.
10. Children
My services are meant for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given me personal information, contact me and I will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
