Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to your use of (the "Site") and to any AI automation services provided by Anshul Salve ("I", "me"). By using the Site or contacting me about services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Using this website

You may browse the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, hack or overload the Site or its demo.
• Copy, scrape or reuse the Site's content or design without permission.
• Use the Site to send spam, abusive messages or unlawful content to me.

The information on the Site is general in nature. It is not a formal proposal, quotation or guarantee of any result.

4. Services

I design, build and set up AI assistants, WhatsApp automation, voice receptionists and workflow automation. Before any paid work starts, we will agree in writing (a message or email is enough) on:

• The scope and what will be delivered.
• The price and payment schedule.
• The timeline and any ongoing support.

Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Timelines depend on you providing the information and access I need.

5. Your responsibilities as a client

• Give accurate information, content and access to the tools needed for the project.
• Make sure you have the right to use the data, property listings, images and phone numbers you give me.
• Follow the laws that apply to your business, including rules on messaging, calling, consent and marketing.
• Obtain any consent needed from your customers before messaging or calling them through the systems I build.
• Keep your account passwords and access keys safe.

6. Third-party platforms

My solutions rely on third-party services such as WhatsApp (Meta), calendar tools, phone providers and AI language or voice models. These providers have their own terms, fees, usage limits and policies, and can change or withdraw features at any time. I am not responsible for their availability, pricing or decisions, including the suspension of an account. Their charges are separate from my fees unless we agree otherwise.

7. AI limitations

AI systems can make mistakes, misunderstand people or give incomplete answers. I test solutions carefully before launch, but I cannot guarantee that an assistant will be error-free, always available or produce any particular business result such as more leads or sales. You should review important information, such as property details, prices and appointment times, and keep a human in the loop for decisions that matter.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design and code belong to me. Your own content, data and brand remain yours. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, once a project is fully paid for, you may use the workflows and configuration I build for you in your business. I may reuse general know-how, and generic components that contain none of your confidential information or data.

9. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in the agreed proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period shown on the invoice. Fees already paid for completed work are generally non-refundable; where a refund is agreed, it will be handled case by case.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and my services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or loss of data, or for losses caused by third-party platforms or by information you supplied. Where liability cannot be excluded, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the services giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of YOUR_JURISDICTION_HERE, India will have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Agreed project terms already in place are not changed without your consent.
